Rudy could have stepped up to the plate.
I don't think they would take well to a goombah like Rudy down down. I'm one myself, and think he would be great since the locals over are in way over their heads.
H ewould have been good in this situation for sure. I dont think he has any authority to take control down there . Somebody better pretty soon or thousands will die. I just dont understand how after 4 days little has been done.
