Are you sure it was the convention center mentioned those many times and not the superdome? They are not the same place.
I've been keeping up with threads and TV and today was the first I'd heard about the Convention Center.
Why in the world should they have to find out information this way? I'd like to know what the local and state authorities have advised them of.
