You better believe it... who has been saying differently? We were always prepared... especially after SF in 1989...
My point about preparedness, is that the media seems to think that the federal government should have been in NO five minutes after the wind quit blowing and leading every citizen out of the city by hand.
Why don't they know what I know about preparedness etc.??
