My point about preparedness, is that the media seems to think that the federal government should have been in NO five minutes after the wind quit blowing and leading every citizen out of the city by hand.

Beats me! Actually, I think they know. Chrissy, Wolfie, etc., are trying to make Bush look bad but I hope this is going to backfire on them.
You really can't prepare for a flood. The only thing you can do is get away from it.
That the local government in NO evacuated their families, but not their citizens, is criminal. (Of course, that's MHO)
