Here is an example of the KNP Riot Police in action. Note: not a single shot fired. A little of this attitude shown toward the first group(s) of looters on Day 1 of this thing would have kept some serious order. The NG manpower now coming in to provide law and order could have been used for logistic support, but now, instead of Guardsmen filling sandbags, handing out meals, etc. they'll be needed to pull security operations to restore order which need never have been lost.
