My taxes already pay for NCLB, Section 8, Medicare, Medicaid, SSI, welfare, Urban Enterprise Zones. I have already gave. These looters are irresponsible people who should have got out of town by now. They are the ones making this disaster worse. Also, if New Orleans chooses to exist under sea level why is it the American taxpayer's duty to "rebuild"? Now it's a "crisis" and guess what?
