This is EXACTLY why they should have dealt with the looting the moment it broke out. Now that they've had time to hoard and arm, they are not going to go away quietly. Now it's time to put these SWAMP RATS down. It's a shame that there's no one decent left in the Big Easy to take care of these jerks.
