There is a fire in a garbage shoot near gate A in the Super Dome in New Orleans. Radio traffic indicated the fire is in an area that is inaccessible, and that this garbage shoot extends up mutiple stories.

Wouldn't a bucket brigade be the easiest way to put this out?
They got enough people and I'm sure they've got some sorts of containers to use.
Plus there's ample water around....

You can almost be sure that one of these "refugees" started the fire intentionally. Some people don't deserve help.
