Did not need too. That polluted water is going into the Gulf one of two ways. Either they pump it there, or the largest river in this country may soon take it there.

That would be ironic if they did considering the fact that every time they use the pumps to take care of the normal rainfall they would have to do it. New Orleans is or was one of the dirtiest cities you could ever go to. I lived there I know firsthand.
