Police/EMS Scanner Feed From New Orleans

I believe National Guard and State Police are using this scanner.
Not much happening right now, but it sounded like the crowd was getting out of hand at the SuperDome.
They are transporting people out of the Dome to Houston, not telling them their destination until the bus is underway.

Sounds like St. Francis Medical Center is running radio checks with all the other medical facilities in the area.
Just finished "radio call".
I gather St. Francis is sort of the lead medical facility in the area???
