Might have been a false report -- Fox/MSNBC haven't said anything, and CNN hasn't gone back to it (they're still doing "sob sister human interest")
Guy called in about 40 minutes on the scanner.
Asked about EMS availability.
Another guy mentioned about the special needs buses, and said they were almost finished.
The original guy something to the effect of 'We need to get it going; it's going to get ugly out here'.
To begin with he said something like 'Subject about start a riot at St. Bernard'. Didn't quite catch that part...
I hope I'm not the only one who heard that...
