Asked about EMS availability.
Another guy mentioned about the special needs buses, and said they were almost finished.
The original guy something to the effect of 'We need to get it going; it's going to get ugly out here'.
To begin with he said something like 'Subject about start a riot at St. Bernard'. Didn't quite catch that part...

could mean a lot of things.
I HOPE it does NOT mean that subversive dark forces have been set up to make this even worse than it is for terror population manipulation reasons. I REALLY HOPE AND PRAY that is NOT what you overheard.
