Are you sure these aren't the guys who they let out of prison today?
I'm not sure of anything. Perhaps they picked up stranded families to give them some cover, or maybe just out of pity. But I did see a news story posted tonight that LA officials couldn't confirm any of the rumors of prisoners being released.
