Interview on CNN with the director of an ambulance service. It is a repeat of an earlier broadcast.
it was CNN and the guy was from a hospital talking about the collapse of authority. But said the military was stepping in by morning it'd probably be better by tomorrow, (assuming he lives through the night)
they basically had to stop evac of sick because their folks were getting threatened and feared for their lived.
and everything that could be stolen was being stolen.
madness....
