Thanks for that info. Why do they consider NO like a bowl below sea level? I get the feeling we are not being told the truth sometimes.

The news people didn't do well in science and math is totally beyond them.
Nearly all of NO is lower than the Mississippi, but not below sea level.

Reading topo maps is not everyone's cup of tea. About 60% of NO is below sea level, about 15% more than 5 feet above sea level.
