A nation of outlaws

A citizen of the United States is a native-born, foreign-born, or naturalized person who owes allegiance to the United States and who is entitled to its protection.
– U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

America has been invaded by an army of illegal aliens. Just last week in Arizona, an American was forced to surrender his land to illegal aliens who claimed he had assaulted them. The two criminals were caught trespassing on his property after crossing the border in violation of federal law. Unfortunately, this is part of a larger trend, one that grants more rights to illegal immigrants than American citizens.

Illegal immigration costs American taxpayers billions of dollars each year. In California alone the cost is $10.5 billion annually. The price tag for the rest of the country, especially border states, is incomprehensible. Illegal immigration is also a public safety risk because aliens do not undergo a medical screening before entering the United States. As a result, diseases once eradicated or virtually eradicated have resurfaced in America. Where is the so-called protection we’re entitled to as American citizens?

According to the 2000 Census, an estimated eight million illegal aliens were living in the U.S., and they continue to flood across the border at the rate of one million per year. Mexican citizens are required to have either a non-immigration visa or Border Crossing Card to enter the country, and no immigrant is to be admitted unless he has suitable and valid travel documentation. In violation of federal law, millions of foreigners don’t possess these documents. They are outlaws.

Detractors will ask, “Do you really expect the government to round up each illegal alien and kick him out?” In a word, yes. The money spent educating, imprisoning and providing health care to criminal aliens should be diverted to reinforcing the borders and enforcing immigration law.

But the federal government seems uninterested in enforcing the law. As a result, local governments are illegally using public funds to alleviate the damage caused by the invasion. On August 16, 2005, the Herndon Town Council in Herndon, Virginia, voted 5-2 to approve a plan to build an illegal gathering spot for “day laborers” so they can wait for lawbreaking employers to illegally hire them. More outlaws.

One group is trying to do what the U.S. government refuses to do. Judicial Watch, a group dedicated to protecting citizens from the government, will file a lawsuit against Herndon. “[N]o public official has any inherent power to authorize or facilitate unlawful acts using taxpayer funds….Law enforcement is in order, not taxpayer subsidies,” said Tom Fitton, president of  Judicial Watch.

Because the federal government is indifferent to its problem, the Town of Herndon was essentially forced to break the law. I asked Council Member Dennis Husch, who voted against the plan, whether Herndon law enforcement officials were allowed to ask so-called day laborers about their citizenship status. “[Immigration Customs and Enforcement] has refused to enforce immigration laws in Herndon and has refused to allow Herndon police to enforce federal immigration laws,” he said. I called Herndon’s mayor for comment, but the call was not returned.

I wanted to know what Immigration Customs and Enforcement (ICE) had to say about the day labor center. So I spoke with Jamie Zuiebach, a spokesperson for ICE, who told me I’d have to speak to a “local official in Herndon,” on the matter.

“I thought I’d also speak to someone at ICE, the government entity charged with enforcing immigration law,” I said. Zuiebach responded with a canned and not-so-accurate line: “We continue to work closely with law enforcement partners to enforce immigration laws, and I don’t have anything to say about a local issue.”

The federal agency responsible for enforcing federal immigration laws has nothing to say about the “local issue” of illegal immigration. Meanwhile, Herndon citizens will contribute to an illegal enterprise for illegal aliens who should be sitting in deportation hearings instead of a brand new building waiting for off-the-books jobs.

What would the American founders say about the state of our country? One of them, President John Adams, made a prediction about the collapse of democracy. “It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There never was a democracy yet that did not commit suicide.”

Illegal immigration has burdened America and changed our culture for the worse, and our own government refuses to do anything about it. We are no longer a nation ruled by the people and for the people.

We are a nation of outlaws.

How does the Aztlan theory work? That millions of Mexicans within a state will vote to secede from the U.S. territory?

Until we see the federal government build a simple and effective multiple fence system, we will know they are just blowing smoke about stopping the immivasion.

U.S. Constitution Article 4 Section 4:

"The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government,

and shall protect each of them against Invasion;"

Invasion: \In*va"sion\, n. [L. invasio: cf. F. invasion. See Invade.] [1913 Webster]

1. The act of invading; the act of encroaching upon the rights or possessions of another; encroachment; trespass.

The only ones that would vote to secede would be spoiled, middle-class, native-born Mexican-American activists. Immigrants would never vote to secede because they would then just be back in Mexico!

IF all our troops were here in the U.S., and IF we could legally institute MARTIAL law, then, I bet there will be no immigrant aliens here.

I have to take this all with a grain of salt since the author hasn't done their homework. The defendant in this lawsuit was accused of pistol whipping the two illegals on a ranch in Hebronville, Texas. He was not defending his own property. The only reason he lost the case was that neither he nor his lawyer answered the suit leading to a forfeit.

Here is the totally bogus part, read the result of the judgment.

Named in the suit were Nethercott; Jack Foote, the founder of Ranch Rescue; and the owners of the Hebbronville ranch, Joe and Betty Sutton. The Suttons settled for $100,000. Nethercott and Foote did not defend themselves, and a Texas judge issued default judgments in April of $850,000 against Nethercott and $500,000 against Foote.

These people just became millionaires off this deal. Where can I sign up to get pistol whipped.

How long did it take the author to figure this out? Known this for some time. The mess in NO is bringing out the other outlaws, thieves, democratic voters in droves to steal.

This country is being invaded by an enemy that not only infiltrates and causes tremendous harm (as to health, safety, economy, environment, etc), but receives special privileges.

The government refuses to act. Bring out the white flag, our government in surrendering to the enemy without a fight.

Build the fence, and deportation will become effective. Without the fence, they'll just keep coming back.

So far all I see is a lot of smoke and not much fence from the politicians.

btw, did you get the cd's?

I'm not sure that's true. Most of my Mexican born students still had a great affinity for Mexico.

The abuse of immigration laws, and downright refusal by our own government to enforce those laws, shouts to America that there's something going on that we're not supposed to know about.

It's invasion without a shot being fired. A first for our history books. What say you, Mr. Bush and Congress? What's your big secret? Why do you ignore the will of the majority of Americans who are demanding control of our borders?

The defendant in this lawsuit was accused of pistol whipping the two illegals on a ranch in Hebronville, Texas

It's interesting that everyone seizes on that allegation as if it makes the whole thing no big deal. First, the allegation resulted in a not guilty - like the jury said, it was one guy's word against the others. And the other guy was an illegal alien, trespassing on the property of the United States, as well as Mr. Sutton's ranch. IOW, an admitted criminal.

But still, people foam at the mouth about Nethercott. And a professional race hustler - Morris Dees - makes a big civil case out of it.

Now let's move to Colorado, where a real assault, witnessed by many, and on videotape, occurred. Only this time the victim was a citizen of the United States, and the assailant is indisputably an illegal alien and a criminal herself. And her attack was to deny the First Amendment right of free speech to the citizen.

All in all, the kind of thing that would have the average leftist foaming at the mouth....if the victim was deemed politically correct.

But she wasn't. She was making herself heard at a farcical "immigration forum" sponsored by a company seeking to insulate itself from criticism for it's continued criminal activity by aiding and abetting illegal aliens.

Where is your outrage now?

The story is here:

Terry Graham Assailant gets off

Many people here not only know this story, they know Terry. They know a frenzied Mexican nationalist criminal terrorized her in an attempt to silence her.

Where is your outrage now? Is it only reserved for....white guys supposedly attacking...other white people from another country (the two illegals in the Sutton case are both rather white).

Where is your outrage?
