Young Spielberg and his merry band left decidedly mixed memories behind at that town where he filmed most of the scenes for "Jaws". I'm assuming that, however rough-around-the-edges their behavior was, they did spread some money around the local economy.
I can't imagine Martha's Vineyard's liked all those fake sharks in the water.
