I absolutely astounds me when I read what some people put on this site. I have been here for a long time, and never have I seen so many people complaining about conservatives, conservative news outlets and conservative commentators. I it almost as if we have a small (at least I am pretty sure it is small) group of elitists that think they are the only ones who can define conservatism. We appear to be tearing ourselves apart.
Personally, I don't care what you A**h***s think. I am sticking with what got us here and that includes Fox news, Rush Limbaugh and Ann Coulter.
I will just ignore your pompous opinions and I hope the majority on FreeRepublic do the same.

You are 100% correct in you view. However, you may be arguing with those who agree with you more than disagree. We do not want to sound like "they' do now, do we?

I hate to break this to you, but Fox News ain't really "conservative" at all. Do a little research on Mr. Rupert Murdoch and his media empire and then ask yourself what would make anyone think he's a conservative (in the American sense of the word). Fox News is nothing more than tabloid television, which is reflected by the fact that the biggest component of their ratings growth over the last year has been the one thing that most people here on FreeRepublic find so tiresome -- the inane, endless coverage of the Natalee Holloway story.
Granted, Ann Coulter is an icon of the conservative movement, but I haven't watched Fox News since they hired that @sshole Geraldo Rivera -- and warned them as much when that move was announced a couple of years ago.
You have yourself a great day.
Sincerely,
Alberta's Child
P.S. Nobody on Fox could hold a candle to Rush Limbaugh.
