I remember my Mom didn't want any guns in the house, I was only 4 at the time. After the riots, she and my Dad had a few "talks" about the subject. Only time I woke up during a "talk". Mom could be loud if she wanted to be.

He ended up getting his WW2 "Jap" rifles in the house after that.
