I have seen two white ones. NO is largely black and very poor. The very poor are left. Being a white guy I volunteer to be the first one to shoot the white looters on site.

If I was in the city and had no way out - I would loot water and food and gas if I could get it. I would only loot because no store is open. This is some extreme ugliness
