There is no excuse for not being prepared. Those that are stealing should be shot.

It may come as a surprise to you, but a lot of folks can't afford to 'get prepared'...A lot of these people undoubtedly don't own cars and have no place to go if they did...

It's the end of the month...People in my area don't get social security checks until right after the 1st of the month...Same with the food stamp program...Tons of people can't just get up and go when someone snaps their fingers...
