Shallow is an understatement. Never saw such ineptness from a Governor.
Like I said, she looks like a middle manager at a big firm being asked a question at a department meeting: not only is she clueless, but she has no poise and is more scared of looking bad than she is or actually answering the question.
I had a boss like that, once. Just a dim bulb.
