GW is knee deep in plans to deal with NO's tragedy. He declared Louisiana and Mississippi disaster areas very early on, thus releasing funds and manpower. NO will get all the help humanly possible.
Exactly and the President needs to stay in D.C. until it is safe for him to visit. All efforts need focused on getting those people out of N.O. not a Presidential visit IMHO.
