NO hospitals without diesel for their generators. Somebody needs to out and scavange diesel from a un-flooded gas station. Hand pumps required..
the generators are underwater in NO....that is why they are moving people to different states...
boat resources are heavily taxed....hospitals marked for evac have already exhausted fuel.
Getting federal help now..I assume that means military.
