I can't believe it...they are characterizing the LOOTERS as the victims here!!! "Angry and desperate" is probably an accurate description. It's not painting them as "victims."

These people have had several chances to get out and get help and they are attacking and terrorizing sick children...and THEY are victims...
Sorry, don't buy it....if they are desparate for DRUGS, that makes them vermin.
