We have *lots* of empty space in Texas. We could set up a temporary tent city in several regions and inhale the entire affected population without too much of a problem (if the Feds and the rest of the country sends financial aid - we can't do it all ourselves).
Perry made it very clear the dome in TX is a temporary location for the refugees and he named a more permanent place but I missed the name.
