They might be using plastic bags, etc for toilets. I doubt there is a sewer system anymore. It looked like people did bring food along...and I imagine supplies are being taken in...as well as medical help....and hopefully some generators for fans...

I am having a hard understanding why the 30 who lost their lives at a beach front apartment ( in gulfport? )complex (usually beach front property, even tacky cheap beach front property, is expensive) decided to ride out a killer storm.

There are some things we may never understand. Perhaps they were elderly, had pets they didn't want to leave?

This is horrible to the max.
