That's good. WalMart is also donating to the Salvation Army.
So Wal Mart said come on in and eat and help yourself for everything?
Actually any grocery store should be opened. There's no hope for salvaging the stuff anyway with all the water.

If "survival" looting is going on, then let it.
If they're breaking windows and stealing watches, like the CNN reporter said, that's another story. (P.S. when she told the story, all I could think was, "Hope they're stealing waterproof watches"...just kidding.)
