Where? It was only $2.87 in Alamaden.
Blanco on CNN with Larry King (will someone get her some meds?)
Rita LIVE FROM ARUBA...(will someone ask her to STFU)
H&C...Alan yukking it up about how everything is gonna be ok...(will someone just make him go away)
they can deputize the troops....not sure the process, but Marines from Pendleton came into the Los Angeles Riot...after much of he damage was done.
Yeah... heard that. He's the mayor of Waterworld.
Barbor on Larry King now. Bush has spoken to him 3 times today.
Jim Cantore is live on TWC, finally, right now.
You mean the divided freeways that aren't unobstructed enough to land on, and which were heavily damaged by Katrina anyway?
They couldn't land on them at all today. The rotary wing craft *were* on the way and they are starting to arrive in the area as night falls.
Unless you have a time machine and can go back and undo all the damage that Klinton & Co did to the military, realize that the military is doing the best they can do with what they have.
Has anyone seen the Mayor of NO since that interview last night? Is that shadow government up and running in Baton Rouge?
So instead of feeding through a breach or two, it backs up and spills over the entire bank on both sides? The water keeps coming, no matter what you do with the canal.
it seems many times to be a delayed effect to the storm.
The worse is after the storm, God bless the FEMA workers.I think there is a lot we are not hearing so not to have more unrest.
>Mayor: We may be beyond the point of no return.<
Wow, is this guy spinning! Alluding to "it's Bush's fault".
Unbelievable!
My gas went up here 28cents last night..

Doesn't it stand to reason if levees are having trouble downriver that the ones in NO are having just as much trouble?"
Yes, the river levees protecting downtown New Orleans are probably going to fail.
But to the best of our knowlege, this hasn't happened yet.
We're hoping it doesn't.
There was some reason I used to catch the Broad bus at that corner, across the street. The Parish Prison had some neat Art Deco bas reliefs that caught my eye while waiting. City or Parish court was right next to it.
I would post a Waterworld pic...but....
why doesn't he just shut up.
Hiroshima was rebuilt, its a sparkling city today.
You mean the ones that are already on the way in the belly of the amphibious assault ship?
The LCACs can't cruise all the way there on their own.
Id better not hear a peep about the Holloway case, on FOX, or ill bust a nut.
