The driver is an employee of Rev. Sharpton. He was obeying the requirements of his employer. A murder for hire finds the contractor and the contractee equally guilty. The good Rev. does not obey the laws when it is inconvenient.
Who does Sharpton think he is, Suge Knight? lol
I'm no lawyer, but I don't see the high-powered party, (Sharpton), being chauffered 'in a hurry' to the airport as having clean hands in this affair.
If the driver happened to be Sharpton's chauffer or employee, he could be considered an "agent" for Sharpton and if he were taking orders, that could make the good reverend an accessory. Personally, I hope this is the case.
I'm in Waxahachie Texas...County Seat for Ellis County!!!
I may have missed the driver being an employee and sharpton being his employer in the article. Where was that? If it's there, than you could be correct.
More about the driver:

Funny, but not really news.
Agree, but that wasn't mentioned.
Most of these guys that travel, hire drivers and cars. It's cheaper, they don't have to keep a fleet of cars in each city, they don't pay the insurance etc. Cheaper and easier to hire a driver and car.
If it was a for hire driver, the driver was probably impressed with Sharptons celebrity etc, or a supporter of his and got himself arrested. I just doubt that Sharpton travels the country with his own personal driver, when he could just hire a sedan driver. Most airports and towns are loaded with them. Who knows, maybe sharpton told the driver he'd get a big time tip if he just ignored the LE.
The Reverend Al Sharpton addresses a standing room only crowd.
Nam Vet
(Sure sounds like a MSM headline ---- intro ---- etc)
Sadly, that is their usual misrepresented propaganda.
Looks like the driver was just a friend and supporter.
Re: Perhaps he was holding a gun to his head.
After spending the day with cindy shean . . wouldn't you ? LOL
After spending the day with Saint Cindy I would be holding the gun to my head!!!! But not Pimp Daddy Al...as long as the Check Clears the bank he's in the game.
He was in a hurry to get to New Orleans to take part in the looting.
That was damn funny roflmao...but probably true...
Guessin' now we were all wrong on that other thread. He was thinking he wanted to get the heck outta there!! lol...
Was resisting arrest one of the charges filed????
Yeah, but did the cops find the dope?
