Today's Arizona Repulsive says Jarret (running for Phoenix Council) is 18 years old. The father (Deputies arrested Jarrett Barton Maupin, 43,) I think is the one arrested in Crawford. Both Father and son have a show on Err America Sunday afternoon.

Does not matter if he's an employee, son, husband or godfather of Al. The driver is ultimately responsible for control of the car. Short of a gun to your head, the driver is responsible for following traffic laws. Period.
