I agree---I was disappointed with it...
I just didn't want to rain on the ONE time that "our side" actually got some attention.
However, you are right on all accounts, and I was also disappointed that either Brit didn't do his homework and was stumbling a little because of that...or was doing a bad job of pretending he knew nothing about the groups.
On Saturday, they were saying that our group was being funded by Move America Forward, LIKE, Cindy's group was being funded by Moveon.org....like there were similar money amounts....never mentioned that most of the people there were there on their OWN dime!
I was unhappy with the interview overall. I gave it the finger without even realizing my middle finger was up. But it was.
To be fair, Honest, I think that York meant that their side had more financial support, and he's probably right on that.
I agree with you. Maybe it is just a bad Monday but I thought that Byron York took the easy way out. It sounded like he was cutting the MoveAmericaForward group down. He also made it sound like Cindy's little vigil was something she thought of all by herself. He neglected to mention that Cindy is on the speaker's bureau of United for Peace and Justice...
But hey - it's Monday and I had to teach some new hires how to use the computer system at work today...
Sorry but I don't eat our own. Fox is the one network that has supported us and I'm not going to rip them apart. I'll save that for CBS, ABC, and NBC.
Why don't you just be happy that Fox commented about the people behind SIN-dy?
