Why should anyone be surprised that two illegal aliens who sued the American citizens who captured them were handed the 70-acre ranch that had belonged to one of their captors? Since most illegal aliens who sneaked into this republic are rewarded for breaking the immigration law -- by being allowed to enjoy America's bounty -- no one should be surprised about the verdict. It is just another topsy-turvy thing that happens from time to time along the Mexican border. Blame it on the Bush administration's continual refusal to protect American sovereignty, which some might think borders on treason. It gets worse...

Another question is why people in this country are allowed to hang out long enough to sue
This is probably the most disgusting article I have ever read.
I would like to suggest very nasty things, but these evil Salvadorans will probably sue me for my computer.
Ralph Klein premier of Alberta had the mad cow solution that would work here.

"The Arizona ranch owner didn't respond to the lawsuit so the judge found in favor of the plaintiffs."
Which is total crap to begin with.
Why weren't these people arrested? Let alone allowed to SUE someone for the property they had every RIGHT to protect?
I am so tired of these dimwitted Judges!
Better get me a bucket cuz I'm gonna throw up.
"Frankly, it's a wonder that so few people have threatened to use violence to repel the illegal invasion."
My guess is that this number will grow exponentially as illegal "immigration" (and the disease, drugs, and violence against law-abiding Americans that comes with it) continues unchecked. People can only be expected to take so much before they begin to fight back.
Not surprised at the outcome; Very surprised the property owner did not show up in court. Something more to this?
Post the animated graphics of Bush playing air guitar and the Mexican jumping up and down, with the letter as background, as a reminder to how laughable Bush's border policy is.
Thanks to those clowns on the Supreme Court, your property is not safe from local crooks. Now, we find out your property is not safe from illegals. I just read T J Stiles book on Jesse James which did not justify Jesse James criminality, but it did explain the rampant vigilantism of his times. I guess when the courts practice their own form of lawlessness, a logical response is lawlessness for those who feel they have nothing left to lose when their property is deprived of them.
I have heard about the default judgment as well, but I do wonder how such a lawsuit can ever proceed given that the circumstances surrounding it transpired during the commission of a crime. That part I just don't get.
The lawsuit was brought by the Southern Poverty Law Center, NOT the illegals. This is why it is just lawyers and judges acting as our overlords. The illegals say they were "scared". Gee, I got scared on a rollercoaster one time, can I get the court to give me Six Flags? Apparently, they were not abused in any way and were turned over to the boarder patrol. All of this came after SPLC decided to rip off the guy. Check out Debbie Schlusshels's site. Morris Dees is the lawyer for SPLC. This story really sucks. Bush needs to get off his A** and do something.
So how does an illegal file a lawsuit? Just asking.
PING! AND DOUBLE PING!
Here's an oft-repeated scam: A pregnant woman, with no prenatal care, enters the U.S. illegally; gets free medical care for delivering her baby, who, since born in the U.S., is a U.S. citizen and elegible for welfare, which she immediately gets; then she sues the doctors, the hospital, and everything else in sight for malpractice; since she's had no prenatal care, unfavorable results are highly likely. Quite a racket, huh? And guess who pays for ALL this! Thaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat's right!
En Espanol I guess. Just kidding. I know what you mean though. It doesn't seem right. These illegals broke federal law. Where is the case prosecuting them?
Yeah, he was in prison.
