bad idea just hit me:
what if the flooding from Ponchartrain causes a breach in the river levee... just as floodwaters from upriver hit peak?
I just cant believe this hasnt been noticed you know by waking up Mr Shepard from his hotel in the quarter gosh the Royal SOnesta is practically there isnt it.
Don't think that's likely.... but don't even go there. There won't BE a New Orleans at that point, just a few buildings sticking up out of a big lake.
