What about lots of flares, loudspeakers....just don't know. Helpless feeling here.
Same here, but flares won't help much (unless you want to set off a gas main explosion), and loudspeakers on boats are out since there's no light to navigate by.
Maybe choppers, but it's too dark to really see well, and you'd have to be at such low altitudes....
