GRUESOME STUFF!! And the herculean tasks before them are daunting .. what he's ticking off in the way of damage, destruction, loss, infrastructure disabilities and loss .. just horrific loss. "We're going to need everything."

Nagin: FEMA guy told me the whole TwinSpan is destroyed .. gone. The guy who flew the first loss mission had a map -- the impact of this awesome hurricane just starting hitting them. Nagin asked him if this was the worst he's ever seen, and he said: absolutely.
Looting: some of the drug addicts that are still here are breaking into drugstores looking for substitutes.
