Americans built and designed many of the pumps that the Dutch use. The US Army Corps Of Engineers is literally the best in the world at hydrodynamic control.

They are too large to ship intact. The Corps of Engineers has a *lot* of them dismantled and ready to ship from US bases, but they will take time to get there and time to set up.
