Isn't it absolutely amazing how accurate the NHC's 48-72 hour forecast tracks have been? Yeah, there was a bit of a surprise early on off of FL, but all things considered they've been very close on most of these storms the last couple of years.
About this pump business, and it's going to take "months," what about calling in the Dutch? They're still draining polders, they must be the pros in these matters.
