Someone was reporting that most of the casinos are built on barges, to float? He sounded pretty smart about it. Wondering if it's true.

That's what (MS Gov. - R) Haley Barbour was saying yesterday - it had been the law up until this year. He was worried they might break free of their chains and get blown into town.
