I've only heard of 3 deaths so far - they were old people who died as a result of trying to moving them from NO to BR.
I would expect many more fatalities to be reported as the day and night progresses.
I sure would like to know if they got to the 20 people hanging on telephone poles.
A lot of people were probably moved. Many in nursing homes are very ill these days. The aquity gets higher all the time. We need more information. It may have not been anything to do with the storm.
