How high can Lake Poncetrain go before overflowing the levies? The "real time link" shows it is 6.75" over normal in the lake center and rising fast. Anyone familiar with this area?

I've been trying to find out as well. The main site with all the relevant info on Levee height/district maps/hurricane info/repair, etc is currently down:
