TD 13 is nothing anymore. National Hurricane Center issued its last update for it this morning, unless is reorganizes. They had expected at least a TS out of it, but it has quickly fallen apart. Thank God, though it likely would have only ended up a shippers problem in the north Atlantic anyway.
TD 10 did the same thing ... and then its remnants later merged with another wave and became TD 12 and then Katrina...
