I haven't seen any webcams...but yes, it appears that way.
I'm not sure what I'd do at this moment if I were on the road. Hope that I can get just a few more miles west or north - or return to home and ride it out.
I guess it would depend on where I lived in the NO area.
I just know that I wouldn't want to have my family in a vehicle during this storm, or any hurricane.
