Okay, I grew up in Des Plaines, Illinois. That means. "Of the plains." :)
I guess that's why I've had so many troubles--I've incurred wrath, LOL! ;) (please excuse this very small joke in the face of horror).
p.s., even worse for those of you in Iowa: Des Moines means: "of the monks". :)
Trust me. There are no Monks in Des Moines. Actually, it's quite the party town if you know the right people.
