Actually it's the area to the right and above the eye, the Northeast quadrant, that is the most dangerous because of the counter-clockwise motion of the storm. If the eye of the storm comes up to the west of the city, that will be the worst possible situation.
Any guesses as to when OBL, or one of the whacko mullahs, takes credit for causing this?
