What concerns me is how overconfident officals have been in descibing the Superdome, using the same supurlatives that were used about the "unsinkable" Titanic.

Pray that it does not become a giant death crater.

Just listened to Jeff's report from outside the Superdome on FOX... he is nervous... said he's ridden out a lot of storms, but this one feels different... I'm worried about Shep down in the French Quarter, too.

Even if the roof comes off, a lot of people survived similar situations in churches during the Galveston hurricane.

You get wet, but substantial walls stop the high energy debris.
