let me tell y'all, I am in Islamorada in the Fla Keys and we got enough of this momma the other night with tropical storm winds. This storm has been a mess from the get-go and the forecasters really screwed up their initial projections, leaving most of us here caught with our shutters off and no preparation to speak of. Luckily it didn't give us a direct hit but I feel such a hopeless feeling for these poor people in the path. They have nooooooo idea what they are in for. After I see what this storm does I may be moving to Cleveland.

Jackie is back on. She is the most lovely woman with the most upbeat attitude. Bless her. I wish more folks were like her.

They always say that if you're taking shelter from a tornado you shouldn't be anywhere there is a large span roof . . . the wind speeds might not be as high as tornados in this case, but will last much, much longer!

"All that was missing from his opening statement was a mention of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse."

"LMAO"

LMAO, I'm not. Many of gods people will die tonight, it is the most somber of times.

This "Jackie" woman has an incredible attitude. I hope she comes out of this okay. All of them actually, but the human interest stories always tug at you a little harder.

Look I agree for years when crude was at fourteen or fifteen dollars a barrel and the oil companies needed twenty to even make any profit that the consumer was very lucky. I also, feel that even with the prices that we have today that fuel is still a pretty good bargin.

BTW I come from a long line of oil people, starting with my Grandfather who owned an oil lease at Nocona, Texas, in the early part of the century. My brother was a VP with Phillips, and one of our boys bought jet fuel for FED EX, so I am not totally unsympatic.

I disagree ... Geraldo is a hoot because he is soooo camp and everyone knows it. You know it is going to be comedy when he is on and as long as you expect it, he has me ROFL. It it the other guys like Chrissy who are trying to be so serious that I can't take.

they don't even search people like this when they enter the superdome - for the Super Bowl itself. I can see bag searches, but frisking them too? no wonder it is taking so long to get them in there, these poor people must be collapsing from standing there for hours.
