I wonder if a claim for intentional infliction of emotional distress would hold up under the anticipated facts of this case. I don't do a lot of plaintiff's tort work, but this might be an exception, if I could get admitted pro hac vice in Indiana.
Go for it. This is one time I'd love to see the left get a strong dose of it's own medicine.
