I'm sorry -- Hugo was a five in the Atlantic; a 138 mph Cat 4 when it hit Charleston.

What catagory storm do they think the 1906 Galveston hurricane was? wiped out the island..killed 6000= people..
still the worst weather disaster in the USA? just wondered
