If the yellow ribbon has been co-opted by the kooks on the left, to bring the troops home in defeat like in Vietnam, then perhaps we should think of say, the color on the Iraqis fingers after they risked their lives to vote...

I like the idea, but would still keep it mixed with the traditional yellow ribbon...I've got yellows all over my tree...
